Assessment Fees

Initial Consultation

• Free 

• A short discussion to explore concerns, explain the assessment process, and confirm suitability for a full assessment.

Full Diagnostic Dyslexia Assessment

• Fee discussed during the initial consultation

• Suitable for children and secondary age students

​

Includes:

• Review of background information and questionnaires

• One-to-one assessment session (with breaks)

• Standardised testing of attainment and underlying processing skills

• Scoring, analysis, and interpretation of results

• A comprehensive written report with personalised recommendations

• Follow-up feedback via phone or email

Exam Access Arrangements Assessment 

• Fee discussed during the initial consultation

• Conducted in line with current SASC / PATOSS / JCQ guidance

Includes:

• Review of evidence and background information

• Assessment of relevant skills

• Written report suitable for submission to schools or colleges
  (Please note that acceptance of recommendations is at the discretion of the centre or awarding body.)

Optional / Additional Services

• Additional liaison with schools, colleges, or workplaces can be arranged for an hourly fee

• Replacement copy of report:

• If the report is emailed and no re-formatting is required £25, paper copy £50

• Urgent report turnaround (subject to availability): discussed during initial consultation

Payment Information

• A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure an appointment.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full before the assessment takes place.

• Reports will not be released until full payment has been received.

• Payment methods will be confirmed at booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

• If you need to cancel, please let us know in writing via email.

• Cancellation fees may apply based on the amount of notice provided.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
