How Information Is Stored and Retained
​
All information is stored securely on a password protected one drive.

Following completion of the assessment and report, all completed forms, test materials, and raw assessment data are securely destroyed.

Amendments and alterations can be made up to 4 weeks after receiving the report.

The final diagnostic assessment report is retained for up to five years. During this time, you may request an electronic copy of the report.

After this period, the report is securely deleted.​
